1. Scope and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the online store available at www.feketeleves.com, operated by Uncle Industries, s.r.o. (“we” / “us”), based in Slovakia and registered under Company ID (IČO): 51318113. For complete company and contact details, please refer to Section 10.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws of the European Union and the Slovak Republic.

2. Products and Pricing

We sell food-grade water mineral mixes and coffee products (e.g. Teleportafilter) as well as related accessories and equipment.

All product prices are listed in EUR (default) or in other supported currencies (HUF, USD, CZK, GBP). As a non-VAT payer company under Slovak law (§4 of the VAT Act), we do not charge VAT.

Prices are final and include all applicable taxes and handling fees.

3. Order Process and Contract Formation

Orders are placed by selecting items, entering billing and shipping details, and completing payment. A binding contract is formed once you receive an email confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or pricing error.

4. Payment Methods

We accept secure online card payments as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay and Klarna. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers. For more details, please see our Shipping & Payment Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders using DHL Express and Packeta (including its delivery partners). For current rates, estimated delivery times, and supported destinations, please refer to our Shipping & Payment Policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under EU consumer law, customers may withdraw from the purchase of physical goods within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to sealed food-grade items once opened or unsealed, per Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. Complaints and Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you experience issues with food-grade items, you may file a complaint (“reklamácia”) by contacting us. The procedure and deadlines are detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Personal Data and Cookies

We handle your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Slovak Data Protection Act, and other applicable laws. For full details, refer to our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes related to orders placed through our webshop are governed by Slovak law. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence within the EU.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, or you believe we have violated your rights, please first contact us at [email protected] with a request for redress. If we respond negatively to that request, or do not respond within 30 days of the date it was sent, you have the right to submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Section 12 of Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes.

The competent alternative dispute resolution entity for disputes with us is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia). You may instead choose any other authorised entity listed in the register maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. The choice of entity is yours.

Alternative dispute resolution is available only to buyers acting as consumers, and only for disputes arising from this contract.

If you live in another EU Member State, your national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) can help with cross-border complaints.
