No matter in what corner of the Earth you reside in, our packages will find you and make your day better.

What are our handover times?

Handover within 24h

We do our best to hand over your order to the delivery company of your choice (at checkout) within 24 hours.

What are our shipping methods and delivery times?

Home Delivery Economy (1-7 business days)

We offer several affordable home delivery methods within the European Union via various companies depending on the country.

  • V4 countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovak Republic): delivery time is 1-2 business days after handover.
  • Other EU countries: typically between 2-7 business days.

DHL Express (2-4 business days)

An extremely fast delivery option that offers worldwide reach. It is also a great alternative for those within European Union who want to receive their goods much faster than Economy options.

Note: Delivery outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or local taxes.

Packeta Pick-up Point (1-3 business days)

Packeta is a cheap, fast, and reliable delivery method covering Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Slovak Republic. To preserve the quality of our food-grade products, parcel boxes are not available (they overheat in summer and freeze in winter). Only staffed pick-up points are supported.

  • During the standard Checkout process you can freely choose any Pick-up Point in your country.
  • During the Express Checkout process, the nearest Pick-up Point to your Shipping address will be assigned.

Our packaging is as environment friendly as possible, please recycle if you have the opportunity. Thank you very much!

Payment Information

 

What are our payment methods?

Card Online

You can pay online with a card that is enabled for use on the internet. Transactions are encrypted and secure.

Express checkout (Apple Pay & Google Pay)

You can pay quickly via your phone or browser that supports Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please make sure your shipping & billing details in Apple Pay or Google Pay are up to date.

If you select a delivery method during Express Checkout that requires a Pick-up Point, the nearest Pick-up Point to your Shipping address will be assigned. You can request a change of this location by emailing us at [email protected], as long as your order has not yet been marked Completed.

Revolut Pay

You can also pay securely with Revolut Pay. When you choose this option at checkout, you’ll be redirected to Revolut to confirm the payment in your app or browser. No card details are needed — just log in and approve the payment. Once confirmed, you’ll be brought back to our site and your order will be completed. Revolut Pay is currently available only for checkouts in EUR and GBP.

What are our supported currencies?

Main currency: EUR

Euro is the default currency on the website and the official currency of the Slovak Republic.

Additional currency options: HUF / USD / CZK /GBP

For convenience, customers can also pay in Hungarian Forint, US Dollar, Czech Koruna, or British Pound.

Exchange rates

Our rates are updated daily based on the European Central Bank (ECB) reference rates. They already include adjustment for transaction and processing costs, so the price you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

Pricing

Our prices are final and include all applicable taxes. As we are not a VAT-registered company under Slovak law (§4 of the VAT Act), VAT is not charged on any of our products.

What happens if I can't find a delivery option for my address?

Can I track my package?

Yes, each package receives its tracking number(s). In case the shipping company of your choice failed to send you one, please contact us, and we will provide you the number.
