Tap water often contains not only unwanted minerals but also potentially harmful substances. Conventional water filtration methods (other jugs, central filtrations) are inconsistent—they don’t remove everything, and typically only reduce mineral content partially. That means two households using the same conventional product in different towns can still end up with very different-tasting water.

Can I drink it on its own?

There are times when demineralized water is the right choice—like when you’re brewing coffee or tea, ironing, or using it for other technical applications. But for daily hydration, demineralized water isn’t ideal. Your body needs minerals to stay healthy, so we don’t recommend drinking purified water on its own.

How is ZeroWater different from regular water filters?

Most standard filters reduce only some impurities. ZeroWater removes virtually all dissolved solids—including limescale, lead, chlorine, and even PFAS—that regular jugs can’t.

How do I know when to replace the filter?

Your ZeroWater Filter Jug comes with a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter so you can easily monitor the filter’s performance. Replace the filter when TDS value is not Zero anymore.

Which model should I choose: Classic or Round?

The Classic model requires waiting for filtration to finish before pouring. The Round model includes Ready Pour technology so you can pour while filtering.
