This is a new, unused ZeroWater Filter Jug – Classic offered with a small discount because the outer retail box arrived at our warehouse with cosmetic damage. We want to be transparent about the condition of the packaging, while giving a small courtesy discount to the customer who does not mind a torn box they would likely discard after opening anyway.
